TeleCenter
provides you with the ability to personalize the greetings that are to be
played to your callers as they interact with your TeleCenter system.
The
following two types of greetings can be set up for each individual Main
Greeting and/or Extension type:

Standard Greeting –
Plays whenever the caller is sent into your main number or extension
·
Unavailable Greeting –
Plays whenever the Call Forwarding Option can not connect to you. Such as when
you reject the call, when you are already on the phone and TeleCenter can not
connect or when you have the Do Not Disturb feature
turned on.
In
addition the following type of greeting can be set up for your Main Greeting:

After Hours Greeting –
Plays during the time periods that you have designated your business to be
closed. (See After-Hours Greeting / Day & Night
Greeting for more details.)
Personalized
Greeting Options help your callers feel more like they are receiving your
personal attention rather than feeling like they are stuck in an endless
automated system.
